We are looking for an Aesthetic/ Beauty Therapist to join our growing team. Since being founded we have always aimed for the highest level of standard possible and best customer service, and as a result, we have been awarded several Customer Service Awards.

 

We are now expanding and in order to meet increasing demand, we are looking for Aesthetic/ Beauty Therapist to join our team in the heart of buzzy Chiswick in West London.

 

This is a friendly, warm clinic with a committed team of people. Our standards are very high and we are looking for someone like minded to join our team.

 

Working in this role, you will:

 

• Deliver bespoke skincare consultations.

• Offer facials/laser/IPL treatments for patients with problematic skin (e.g. Acne, Rosacea, Pigmentation)

• Offer luxury, anti-ageing facials treatments.

• Provide non-surgical procedures such as medical skin needling, chemical peels, skin rejuvenation.

• Offer Electrolysis permanent hair removal (if trained, see below)

• Advise patients on home care regimes.

• Support the clinic in maintaining very high standards of service.

• Help to develop the services offered in the clinic.

• You will also help with day to day operational work such as maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and presentation of your treatment room and clinic, first-rate customer service, stock ordering and administrative tasks such as data input, etc.

• The position may also involve some reception work.

To qualify for this role you will have:

 

• Minimum of NVQ level 3 but NVQ level 4 in laser & light therapies preferred.

• Good computer skills.

• A confident, smart, friendly and professional personality with excellent English and great communication skills.

• Electrolysis trained and experienced is preferred but not essential.

• Perfect attendance record.

• Spotless personal presentation.

• Available to work a minimum of two Saturdays per month.

 

This is the perfect opportunity for an ambitious Aesthetic/ Beauty Therapist who is willing to work hard, is eager to learn, likes a challenge and is interested in extending their knowledge in a close-knit team. There is ample opportunity for progression.

 

You will be required to be confident and use your initiative, as you will be working unsupervised for some of the time.

 

Hours: This is a part-time role. Initially one or two days per week with room for expansion (depending on experience). Ongoing internal and external training will be provided.

• Excellent salary. Between £10 and £15 per hour depending on skills, qualification and experience. Candidates proficient in electrolysis will get a higher starting salary and/or commission.
