All appointments must be secured with valid card details at the time of booking. By confirming your booking, you agree to our cancellation and no‑show policy.
Appointments may be booked online, by phone, or in person. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an appointment if accurate information is not provided.
We operate a strict 24‑hour cancellation policy.
• Cancellations or rescheduling with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a 100% charge of the booked treatment.
• Failure to attend an appointment (no‑show) will result in a 100% charge or forfeiture of the session from a prepaid course.
• Late arrivals may result in reduced treatment time or cancellation without refund, at our discretion.
These policies are in place to protect our practitioners’ time and ensure fairness to all clients.
We provide non‑surgical aesthetic and skin treatments only. We do not offer injectable treatments.
• Results vary from person to person and cannot be guaranteed.
• Consultations and patch tests may be required prior to treatment.

Clients must provide complete and accurate medical information. Failure to disclose relevant medical history may result in treatment refusal or termination without refund.

• Products: Products are non‑refundable. Unopened products may be exchanged or credited within 7 days.
Clients under the age of 18 may only be treated with:
• Written parental or legal guardian consent
• The parent or guardian present at the clinic during treatment
For health and safety reasons:
• Children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times
• Children are not permitted in treatment rooms
• Staff cannot provide childcare
We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue treatment at any time for safety, medical, behavioural, or compliance reasons.
Any concerns should be raised promptly with the clinic. We aim to resolve all complaints professionally and fairly.
